Colleen recognized a specific need in the market — a resource to help families connect with reliable babysitters. Need A Sitter was the first babysitting referral company in Memphis, Tenn., and is now expanding to other markets. It offers clients a unique user experience, allowing for customizable requests for short-term placements with high-quality sitters. Need A Sitter has built a reputation of quality through the use of proprietary, expert systems and an ever-growing network of childcare providers. For nearly three decades, Need A Sitter has thrived in the Memphis area. Now, the company is expanding by offering franchise opportunities throughout the United States. Caroline has a unique perspective on Need A Sitter. She has experienced all aspects of the company: child in a client family, contracted sitter, operator assistant and client for her own children. Caroline is on the Need A Sitter management team but is also currently serving as the Franklin Operator. She has loved her time in Franklin visiting her brother's family down the street in Thompson's Station. She is a strategic planner, analytical thinker, diligent worker, and is committed to the Need A Sitter brand and legacy.
